The Process of

Team Workshops help to cope with the challenges and speed of the 4th industrial revolution: practice deep thinking, improve conversations, learn & practice new skills & behavior, rebuild trust and prepare the team for lifelong learning & development.

A Team Workshop is a journey, ensuring everyone is on-board.

We start with collecting the individual expectations and offer a trustful and safe environment to take time to think deep about the key issues at hand.

We use the thinking environment to work in small groups, presenting back to the total group to ensure everyone has a voice and is listened to.

We specify the real issues, focus on the key issue, co-create solutions and agree on concrete action steps to achieve our common goal.

We end with the Tree of Wisdom: people will share their key insights and commit to change.
